“The product seems very good, although I have not been able to test its longevity, because I have only used it for a few days and I don't print reams every day The delivery was on time and packaging was good quality. I will be using them again. I only gave them 4 Stars and rated 9 out of 10 re recommending to a friend etc., purely because i am cautious I have found no fault, and I rate nothing is perfect until I have used it for a long time.”

“Not sure if I should say this as one of the reasons I'm giving a 5 star rating is that the speed of delivery was excellent. I just requested the free option instead of the two paying options and my cartridges were on the doorstep the following day. Might have just been good luck but excellent service all the same. Good slimline packaging too, none of that bulky over the top rubbish that we see too much of these days.”

“To order was easy and delivery was within time window. Ink cartridges ordered before the current one has run out. Therefore, cannot comment, at present, whether the compatible will work with the machine.”

“Excellent quality & price. Excellent customer service too. Especially liked the naughty treat included in the package! Will definitely continue to purchase repeatedly in the future. Please note I read the list of printers that were compatible BEFORE ordering & suggest others check this first as it is not the responsibility of the supplier if you order the wrong ink cartridges. I have a feeling that can be the only reason for any negative previous reviews as I found everything perfect!”

“Ordered late afternoon on the Monday, got the printer cartridge on the Tuesday morning. My printer recognised it as an official cartridge and it was a fraction of the price. Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else again.”

“This is a very good company. I ordered some replacement cartridges for my mother. They phoned to check that I had ordered the correct items. The items themselves were ordered on a Sunday, posted following the call on the Monday from Dundee and installed and working (by my mother) the next day. Most pleased.”
