“Not sure if I should say this as one of the reasons I'm giving a 5 star rating is that the speed of delivery was excellent. I just requested the free option instead of the two paying options and my cartridges were on the doorstep the following day. Might have just been good luck but excellent service all the same. Good slimline packaging too, none of that bulky over the top rubbish that we see too much of these days.”

“Excellent quality & price. Excellent customer service too. Especially liked the naughty treat included in the package! Will definitely continue to purchase repeatedly in the future. Please note I read the list of printers that were compatible BEFORE ordering & suggest others check this first as it is not the responsibility of the supplier if you order the wrong ink cartridges. I have a feeling that can be the only reason for any negative previous reviews as I found everything perfect!”

“They sent out a printer drum replacement for me. The item arrived on time. HOWEVER, if like me the item is incorrect and does not fit, this is not the company that cares!!! After 3 x messages (as you can get them on the phone, every conatct is via email), the response never arrived. Not even "we are looking into this for you". Just plain NOTHING. Might as well just have an auto reply message which reads "we can't be bothered to reply" at least that woul dbe something. I think I will stick to the company I used before Cartridge Monkey.”
