“I ordered from these guys.. the price was really good. The minute I pressed send I realised I had put in wrong delivery address. I contacted them straight away. But they never changed it or replied. So that was disappointing”

“Unfortunately, the Epson printer rejected the cartridges, (T0711, T0712, T0713, T0714), that I bought ... the ones Printer Ink Direct stated would fit. I have contacted the company to ask for a refund, but no reply as yet. Disappointed, as the price was excellent. Too good to be true, perhaps?”

“These worked first time HP 7740 very good and very quick delivery 5* all round ... a quick note last time I bought ink for this I bought two sets (not from these guys) first set worked fine.. fitted second set did not work HP stuck new S/W release on my Printer means they did not work ... might be not advisable not to buy more than one set at a time only a thought ..”
