“Took over one week for delivery. Tried the cartridge's into my printer and showing not compatible with this machine. Tried numerous time's to get cartridges to work but as yet unsuccessful. Due to the problems I have had I would like a refund on my purchase.”

“Great ink cheap as well. 1 to 2 day delivery NO can I blame post office no they just never dispatched it very quickly. So as long as your not in a hurry fine, I had to order some more ink from a competitor of theirs, that came before theirs.”

“Never respond to emails. Sent toner with incorrect chip, never responded to request for replacement or refund! Avoid at all costs!”

“I'm not great at ordering online, been of an older generation, but was well pleased with both myself and the printer ink I received. It was delivered speedily and was one of the cheapest online. Some replacement inks aren't great but this one was really good.”

“The ink arrived in a reasonable time, suitably packed. I cannot comment on the quality of the inks as I bought them for a new printer and have not used them yet. They were a good price for compatibles especially for a six set of inks.”
