“Global shortages of everything, so the ink took longer to come than expected. But when it was available, it was sent by next--day-delivery, even though I only paid for 2-day delivery, and even that not guaranteed. Also, the capacity of the cartridges was greater than advertised, so I'm very well compensated for the delay. It might have been an idea, to send email to alert me to the quicker delivery. I was certain it wouldn't come that day, went out, and barely got back in time, so that I almost missed it.”
