“I bought a printer drum but my printer did not detect it. I emailed to ask for a refund and then I sent the package back but I still have not received a refund for a week. Poor customer service”

“I ordered printer ink for my Epson printer but when I Loaded the ink the printer would not work and came up with a fault number. I compared the printer ink numbers with the previous ones and they were completely different. I had been sent the wrong cartridges. I contacted Printer ink direct who agreed they had made a mistake and immediately sent the correct inks within two days. I would rate this as an excellent response by this business”

“I have complained several times of damaged and leaking printer cartridges but Printer Ink Direct have never responded. There is no way of contacting them by phone. This is totally unacceptable so I would give them ZERO points as the product was unusable”
