“Lack of communication is the achilles heel for this company. I ordered on 10th Dec, but goods had not arrived in advertised 1-3 working day timescale although this did have a proviso of "not guaranteed". Chaser email went unanswered and I began to get a bit jittery, especially after I found a host of poor online comments. A message via their Facebook page did result in contact and the cartridges I ordered eventually arrived after a 10-day wait. My email request for a VAT invoice for the cartridges has so far also fallen on deaf ears. I can't criticise the product as the cartridges are as good as other compatible "non-manufacturer" ones I have used from other companies in the past.”
