“I have emailed twice about the fact the cartridges don't fit my printer and have heard nothing back from you. I waited to rate your service in the hope that you would resolve the issue but as nobody seems to want to provide a service, my review both here and other platforms will reflect my experience.”

“Quick easy ordering process and quick despatch Would of been 5* but one of the cartridges I had ordered didn't come with its box (the other 3 were boxed) so I just hope it works when I put them in the printer”
