“2 of the ink cartridges that I got out of 4 are not recognised in the printer. The listing said guaranteed to fit in the Epson printer I have - but they don’t work. The printer will not accept them. The cartridges were all slightly different aswell. Cheap and fast delivery, but not worth it. Wasted money here.”

“What I got did not look like on the picture on their website. They work, but I was looking for different type of cartridges that wouldn't stain me senconds after taking the seal off them. Fast delivery. I would still recommend because if the prices they offer.”

“Customer service needs a lot of improving. Cartridges work absolutely fine, quick delivery and the quality of product seems good, but had to chase and chase to get a VAT receipt to claim back on expenses. Eventually received around 3 weeks after placing the order.”

“I purchased 4 ink cartridges. The shipping took around 4-5 days which is not a big issue however I did not receive an invoice, unlike other companies that send the invoice automatically with your purchase. I had to email the customer service twice before I was finally sent an invoice specifying the wrong amount and only one item instead of four. I emailed back requesting the correct invoice with the correct amount and since I had no reply and it’s almost two weeks since I ordered… never again!”
