“I wrote to you a week ago to say that the ink which you sent is not compatible with my Canon Printer MG3600, which I have returned to the address on the packaging. I posted it on 24th August requesting either the correct ink or a refund. Have not had any response, but to be fair there was a postage strike. I look forward to hearing from you. Margaret McKay”

“Please don't use Royal Mail for delivery. They didn't deliver to a neighbour, took back to sorting office. I went there (around 5 miles each way), shut due to strike. Went back today, shut at 12 midday. Still not got it. Need to go again tomorrow. All because they could be bothered to drop with a neighbour. Amazon always drop at my back door. Please use a different delivery company!”

“Despite buying and paying for ink through their webiste - my order never arrived. I've sent multiple messages through their contact us page, as well as email and the online chat tool - with no response. At this stage, my only recourse is to complete a charge-back through my credit card company. Truly terrible service”
