“I haven't received the toner yet, the royal mail left a card but did not say where they had left the package so have no idea where it is. I have tried to find out and find a tracking order number but it doesn't seem to have one. I have emailed Printerinkdirect over the last couple of days but there is no reply from them, even though they boast on their site that they answer queries really quickly I have not heard a dickie bird. Also, it is very frustrating and a little worrying when a company do not give you the option of phoning them. So I'm up in the air about my parcel of toner and have no one to turn to.”
