“I haven't received the toner yet, the royal mail left a card but did not say where they had left the package so have no idea where it is. I have tried to find out and find a tracking order number but it doesn't seem to have one. I have emailed Printerinkdirect over the last couple of days but there is no reply from them, even though they boast on their site that they answer queries really quickly I have not heard a dickie bird. Also, it is very frustrating and a little worrying when a company do not give you the option of phoning them. So I'm up in the air about my parcel of toner and have no one to turn to.”

“It was awful! It went into my machine, then produced completely black pages, and when I tried to get it out it stuck in my machine. Took me ages to extract it, and by then it was no good so I chucked it away. Never again”

Only given 1 star as it will not allow me to proceed with not entering anything. Such a shame as the cartridges are very good.”

“I have tried contacting them by email and through their website contact form,(they don't seem to have a phone number, at least not that I can find).
