“It was awful! It went into my machine, then produced completely black pages, and when I tried to get it out it stuck in my machine. Took me ages to extract it, and by then it was no good so I chucked it away. Never again”

“Dreadful service, ordered toner on 11.11.22 and still no sign of it. No reply to my various emails or contact forms enquiring where my order is. Will not be using it again. Only given 1 star as it will not allow me to proceed with not entering anything. Such a shame as the cartridges are very good.”

“I have tried contacting them by email and through their website contact form,(they don't seem to have a phone number, at least not that I can find). The ink is not recognised by my printer, and I can't get in touch to get this sorted. I didn't want to leave a bad review,but maybe this way I'll get a reply...”

“DONT BOTHER!!! Awful customer service, still waiting for a reply to my 2 emails and online chat. As soon as you say you are not happy with the product they don't want to know. Ordered ink cartridges and they spilt out all over my hands. Cheap flimsy products. I bet I will get the obligatory "Oh we are so sorry please email us" response while they continue to ignore my original complaints. Appalling service, Appalling Products ... go to STAPLES instead.”
