“Poor service, delivery was over 10 days. No response to 3 emails requesting a delivery update and a request to cancel the order because it was urgent at the time of ordering. Packaging was fine when eventually delivered, but I had to pay express rates for an alternative product because of the late delivery and complete lack of response.”

“As I ordered my cartridges on 10th October 2022 and the response from you was not until 2nd November 2022. There is not a telephone number to reach you nor an e-mail address so with no point of contact and a poor response time from you I am, understandably, not very happy. I needed this product urgently but your performance has made me consider that I shall have to go elsewhere for my supplies. I have never had to wait like this before and I run an accountancy practice where computers and printers are essential for my business. Brian Gibbs”
