“Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 working days, a week went by without the cartridges being received, chased twice using the Contact Us form and received no response. Eventually received the cartridges 13 days after ordering by which point I had already received a refund from Paypal. The Yellow cartridge was also not recognised by my printer so not a good experience all round and will not use again.”

“The ink is perfect , however and it's a big however the delivery time was diabolical, I had to send 3 (three) Emails to the address supplied and did not receive an acknowledgement, this was after 14 days then low and behold I got msg saying they were dispatch. The product is very good but customer service let's you down very badly”
