“I would just like to say that everything Profile have done for me has been extremely professional, courteous and well explained. The whole experience went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the outcome I recieved. I really appreciated the fact that we could arrange calls to suit me and there was no pressure at any time to make quick decisions. Your staff were really friendly and explained everything really well for me. I am very happy with everything and would like to say a huge thank you for sorting out my pension for me.”

“Recent events in the financial sector have shattered confidence in many savers and investors, and left a feeling of disillusionment and uncertainty . Many years ago I found a financial safe haven with Sun Life of Canada, in both their banking and investment arms. Prior to retirement I had finalised most of my investments with them and had been more than satisfied with the end result. I was left with what can only be described as a modest investment, which was due for repatriation on retirement. Imagine my disappointment when I found out that on maturity I couldn't switch that investment to a draw down policy with them, which is what I needed to finance the occasional overseas trip, for retirement should be about having the time to do all the things you never had time for before. After what young people call "surfing the web", I decided on giving Profile Financial Solutions Ltd a whirl. From the very first contact the experience was what I can only describe as reassuring and in some respects pleasurable. What impressed me most was an old fashioned, if it can be described that way, attitude to business. In reality it's just common courtesy and a lack of gobbildy gook job speak. The foundation blocks of every good business. Their policy is refreshingly open and easy to understand. Their staff willing to assist in the most mundane enquiry. In fact it almost seemed as though this was a new business trying to impress, which it isn't. The fees are up front and very competitive, and, although I haven't experienced it yet, the annual assessment should ensure that everything stays on track. From being very concerned about finding a good investment opportunity I've gone to almost forgetting about it. I have every confidence that this company will take good care of my "overseas savings" and do what they can to ensure I have many of them.”

“I got called by Profile just at a time when I wanted to look into reviewing my pension arrangements. I was slightly dubious about having to do this by phone rather than in person but since they had got in touch, they saved me a job of researching and in the end, this was actually much better for me. Alan Pitt, my allocated advisor was brilliant - professional, knowledgeable, firendly and approachable and managed to make the whole thing easy to understand and almost enjoyable!
