We also appreciate your feedback and can understand the inconvenience of having to fit the included hanging wire, to the back of your frame. This does take a few minutes. However, it is worth pointing out that there are a number of genuine reasons for why we don’t offer our frames with wire already fitted across the back: 1. Not all frames will use wire as a hanging method. Some people use different hanging methods to hang their frames. For example, 3M Command adhesive Velcro strips are popular. Frames can also be displayed freestanding on a table-top, or even leaning against a wall. 2. When wire is fitted across the back of a frame, it makes it more difficult for some people to be able to remove the backing board and matboard, and to refit again with their artwork. Especially when trying to maneuver around a wire across the back, while trying to avoid catching on the flip tabs. 3. I acknowledged that your frame was square shaped, but for others who may read this response; most frames are rectangular and can be hung either portrait or landscape. For rectangular frames, we don’t know which way it will be hung until the buyer inserts their artwork, so we cannot pre-fit the wire in this case. Now that it is hanging on your wall, we hope that your new Profile frame will bring you enjoyment for years to come!

“I ordered Antique White Mat Board - 8x10in (20x25cm) to suit 6x8in (15x20cm) image and 8x12in (20x30cm) to suit two 4x6in (10x15cm) images. Items where exactly as pictured and described and were delivered within the time frame specified.”

“A5 frames suit my ancestor altar. My mother -in-law passed away in August last year. There is no room for her photo on the ancestor table by separate frames The only solution to simplify the display is A5 frames to place the couple together. I bought four frames for: (1) my grandparents (top), (2)my parents (left below), (3)my parents-in-law (right below), (4)my uncle and younger brother below my wife in a big frame at the centre. The display was completed before the lunar new year. Thanks for delivery on time. In the future, if my relatives or friends look for the same product or a messy ancestor table display, I prefer them PROFILE. Wishing you all the best.”

The on-line order was simple, reasonably priced and arrived sooner than expected. Everything we have received from Profile is fantastic quality. Our photo wall looks fantastic. Suggestion: Supply/sell removable adhesive wall hangers for your frames. Many places will not allow you to nail or screw to the wall.”
