“I've been seeing Lucia at the Charing Cross branch of Proskin Clinics for over a year now and I have to say I'm incredibly pleased with the results. I've had very deep acne scarring on the sides of my face around the temples and the chin since I was a teenager and after a year of having a dermaroller treatment each month my scars have almost disappeared. Lucia has been absolutely tremendous; ever since we met she's managed the client relationship very effectively, she's always given great advice and most importantly she's made what could potentially be a very uncomfortable procedure virtually painless.
As a side-note, if you are planning a dermaroller treatment I would advise using LMX numbing cream, from my experience this has given the best results (and was suggested by Lucia). It really is a testament to her client service that I continue going each month. She's the only person I trust with my face!
