I returned 2 items on 20th Feb I had an email to say I had to wait 15 days for my refund ... I have sent many emails they all bounce back ..tried calling it says number no longer in use .. £69.75 is a lot money to me maybe they have gone under but there must be administraters .. tried my bank no luck .dont pay them any money I am going to contact trading standards. ProSkin gained popularity because the therapists were well educated and the price was great. Good value for money always works in business. Now that their prices have increased ridiculously, I'm not sure about ProSkin's future. Full legs used to cost £99 and now £219. Whoever is bringing these decisions, obviously haven't done their homework properly. It's so bad, it's actually hilarious. It's an end of an era for me. Goodbye ProSkin, I'm off to Harley Street :)

Warning - do NOT book. They are a dormant company and won't respond to any correspondence or issue refunds for blocks of treatments that they cannot deliver. They will just take your money.

Laser hair - Proskin orginially tested my skin with the wrong setting so I had to make 2 visits before any treatment, following this I was happy until they DOUBLED the price without telling me. I now have no reason to continue my treatment with them, I will find a place closer to work.

Avoid like the plague. I purchased a block of treatments and then the clinic diassappered! After phoning a number of times there was no way to leave a voicemail and they won't issue a refund. I didn't even get to use one. They aren't responding to my emails and have given no explanation. Worst service ever.

I signed up for a series of treatments at the Charing Cross branch. Two weeks later I was called and told that the branch had now closed. Inconvenient, but hey, some things are. However, just called in order to book a follow-on treatment and I was informed the cost had increased from £49 to £109!! Absolute disgrace that they have changed the pricing to such an extent. Why on earth did they allow me to book in the first case. Very nice young lady on the phone informed me that the owner took this decision when he became independent as opposed to linked to Superdrug. Well, I really hope he fails in his new venture if this is how you treat existing clients. Really shoddy treatment.

my treatment started well with proskin. but halfway through my treatment they "changed management" cancelled my appointment with an excuse that proved a lie, made me re book at another clinic and re patch test, then after 2 more sessions at the new clinic location (Liverpool Street) suddenly said to me as i was about to have my third session "oh. did you get the email? ( i Hadn't) we've doubled our prices" tried to complain to a manager and was fobbed off , Oh and they refused to treat me that day as i hadn't shaved an area that took me 1 min to subsequently shave. Look at the reviews on here, all the recent ones are poor coinciding with the "change of management" definitely a change for the worse.

My treatments and experience were going really well over at the Charring across branch until they closed down - without notifying me on time! I turned up for my appointment to find they had closed. I transferred myself over to the Shepherds Bush branch to have my appointment cancelled 3 hours before my appointment. I then rescheduled one appointment over two days and during work hours as they were fully booked for over 6 weeks! I also paid for another 2 separate consultations for other treatments booked and they are refusing to give me my refundable deposit until I show them proof that they charged me!!!! Have now transferred over to Esher and hoping for better services to complete my pre-paid package. I emailed customer services about the terrible service and a week and half they came back to me offering me 40% off my next treatment. With their prices sky rocketing twice over the last 8 months, they were actually asking me to spend a further £300 with them!!! Once I complete my treatments that I have pre-paid for, I won't be returning and won't be referring friends or family to ProSkin!!

I was happily receiving tattoo removal treatment, having paid by direct debit in advance. Suddenly last November they called and cancelled my appointment, then cancelled January's appointment, then April's appointment. They have taken my money but stopped giving me treatment. They do not respond to phone calls (Harley St or Customer service numbers) and have ignored my emails. I have now cancelled the direct debit but they still owe me money and my now faded tattoo still remains. Appalling company, do not use!

Do not use this company for tattoo removal - they don't work, over promise, sent me for 6 sessions at one clinic before mentioning another would be better suited - never have records of treatment - shambolic waste of money, worst service I've ever experienced another example of a company who is too big to care about the customer - frightening given the importance of the treatment

I had 6 Picosure tattoo removalo treatments over the past year. However my tattoo is still there, it just looks a bit lighter than before. This is not the result I expected to get in one year !

Very bad customer service. I was quite happy with my laser and microdermabrasion package until now, even if after 6 sessions some hair is still there. They have apparently closed the clinic I was going to, left a voice message to cancel my appointement and since then it's impossible to get hold of them. There is no email on their website and the phone is always busy. I have left voice messages but no one called me back.

I had a facial done at Bluewater this week & it was very disappointing. The room I was in had a blocked sink, so the girl had to keep leaving me to get hot water. At one point I was left on my own for ages with an eye mask on & a face mask that was getting tighter. Quite frightening. I was never told what was being done or what products were being used, I had to keep asking. When I got ready to leave after it was done, I looked in the mirror & found mascara all round my eyes & bits of the face mask still stuck to my face. Appalling treatment. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Does anyone have the correct contact details for a complaints procedure? Appalling service, no results. I usually have sensitive skin and my skin goes red once lasered, so many patches were missed out! Minimal results. Price was also increased by I received no notification of this . Rubbish

attended harley street proskin for tattoo removal. expected more as harley street but the clinic is like a box room. no room to wait upstairs. small and dingy. not much of a smile on reception. poor aftercare. blistering was intense. had to get this managed afterwards with the nurse. they dont prepare you for the amount of blistering and even though offered an appointment to get it checked there i think i trusted the nurse more. wanted to use numbing cream. given such mixed advice on the phone. i was told it would be done there - but actually had to go to purchase it and the dressing on top. for the price paid and the amount of blistering they knwo it can cause - giving an aftercare kit should be standard! left with lots of irregular pigmentation. for the amount i paid expected more. i found i didnt have much confidence in the team. have a bit off ink left but i think ill keep whats left than go through it again.

Just had an appalling experience at the pro skin clinic in Super Drug at Marble Arch. I travelled for half an hour to get to the appointment and then they told me the machine was broken and they could not see me but they would have charged me the full amount if I had failed to turn up. They did not apologise or offer any credit against a next appointment. I would not recommend

I've been having lazer hair treatments at proskin for a year now. Bigest regret of my life. No one and nothing can get rid of your hair permanently. I have paid £1500.00 for full body, just a week later a get a text from proskin saying that they have an offer for full body £999.00. I asked them very nicely if they could give me some sort of discount, it was refused. I've has 4 treatment up to now, very little resultsl. They do however employ fantastic therapist, Monika and Jessica in Esher were brilliant. Please do your homework properly, I rushed. I regret it. Proskin has made some money now and does not care about customers service.
