“The service continues to be good although it is difficult to get an appointment, and moreover, I was disappointed that treatment prices have gone up significantly since my last visit. This meant that the credit I had pre-purchased in my account was not able to pay for the treatments I wanted to have.”
“2.5 stars. Laser hair removal on legs worked well. Also had bikini done and they missed large sections. Had to ask each time for it to be done as I requested at the consultation.
I like the fact that they tell you which machines they use and what training their staff have. BUT, I asked what settings they were using for me and the girl refused to tell me, which worried me.
Biggest problem I have is that they have tripled the prices since April. It's now prohibitively expensive. I'd go back for a top up if they hadn't increased the price so much.
Finished my course of treatment and didn't get my deposit back. Difficult to get through to them to request it back, but it's shoddy admin that they didn't sort it out at my last appointment. I also forgot though.”
“Some clinics are nicer than others, not all appear clean or are lacking in facilities ie toilets, waiting areas! I have experienced high staff turnover & with the recent price increase on treatments (may 2016) I feel that they have priced themselves out of the market given that there are other very reputable & highly professional clinics that offer a much more professional service now at lower prices! There advertising is to provide advanced treatments at affordable prices however this is no longer the case!!!!! Customer service is poor, call centre rarely answer. This review has been updated in May 2016.”
