“Agent they sent was nice and approachable and easy to chat to however i was alittle disapointed that the loan amount was aproved when applying online however when the agent arrived i was only aloud alot less”
“There was nothing wrong with the actual service from the agent . She was lovely and couldn’t have done enough for us .The problem was the length of time it took to get all the information she needed to give us a loan of £100 .Considering I have been a customer of provident for years but had a break the amount of paperwork she had to go through was ridiculous .”
