“To whom it may concern it took about 6 weeks plus to get my loan which was for car repairs etc which was urgent I was misinformed about what to have my agent which added on more time So so Frustrating I had to get a loan from my daughter in the meantime And to be quite honest I shouldn't have bothered with the Stress of it all to take out the loan with you Guys! I didn't receive what I had asked for and I have been with you for a few years which I found also frustrating!! And my agent went on holidays So I couldn't connect to him!!!
