“The goods were very well packed but unfortunately two of the lanterns windows were broken. I emailed this to puck actor & had a very quick response saying that they will be replaced. The lanterns are gorgeous & I'm very pleased with the overall service Kind regards Lisa Mason”

“I am a new customer at puckator and my delivery arrived on time and all items were received . Also, even as a couple of items were damaged when they arrived I called the customer service line who were very nice , they arranged for some replacement stock to be sent out. Very friendly service and nice quality products.”

“My first order with Puckator was very straightforward. Their website is very easy to use and if you do have a query there is a very pleasant and helpful person at the end of a phone not just a machine. Delivery was quick and within the time stated. My surprise was when i opened the items, as they were nicer than i expected, unfortunately one item was damaged but that was no problem. A quick phone call and it was sorted. All in all a good experience and i will be buying with them again.”
