Today I called customer service for the third time and was told that my order "probably" would not ship because it has been more than 30 days, but there is no guarantee that it would be cancelled or ship. Each call I was told that someone would contact me to follow up on my order. Ended the call with the rep and contacted my bank to dispute the charge.”
