“DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CARD INFO. I was intrigued and decided to purchase the cream for a shipping and handling charge only. I entered my card info and was sure my card# was correct as well as exp. date and cvv. After I was asked to reenter my info I did so. I was informed my card was BLACKLISTED! I was positive my card info was correct and the funds were available. I immediately sent a message to the company and instructed that my card not be charged because I ve never heard of my card or anyone else's being BLACKLISTED. I was demanding my card info be destroyed. I also demanded an apology because their claim had to be a scam or incompetence.
Next, I checked the activity on my acct. My card, was already in a matter of minutes , charged thru another company's name and was more than the amount I was told S&H would be! I demanded my refund immediately and it was returned. The company was a middleman collection company who handled the Pure Beauty sales. I guess I was considered to be too ignorant and would not realize it was an attempt to scam me for a higher cost and under another company's name. I'm not sure exactly what their end game is, but I am sure it's dishonest! Their advertisement should be removed and banned from the internet! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CREAM. It has dishonest claims and I'm sure many unexpected charges will soon be on the cards of many customers. Please contact every govt regulatory agency and file a complaint. I ve already started reporting their fraudulent activity!

Firstly, it’s important to mention that I have a background as an esthetician, and am currently attending school as a medical lab technician. I believe I am more than qualified to correctly apply your product.
I understand what your policy is, surely that does not apply to damaged products? That would not make good business sense? As a business owner myself it is my obligation to provide what the customer is expecting, (not results but working product), wouldn’t you agree?
I am curious what your supplier WiQo would feel knowing you are alienating clients from their products. I spent close to $1000.00 just on this procedure. If I like it I will buy more for use on my clients, you are giving me reason to second guess this decision.
I am stating that the product has quality issues (cloudy milky appearance), and had zero reaction when applied. This would be indicative of product issue. From a microbiology point of view it would appear contaminated.
In order to amicably rectify this issue I am requesting what I paid for, a “hidden chemical peel”, the results are not your responsibility.”

“This company is a scam. Do not order even free samples. If you get a shipping slip with your product, call that number and insist on receiving a full refund. The call center will put you on hold 4 different times and come back with other offers, but if you persist, they will finally give you a full refund without shipping back the product. Be sure to be released from any contract you have with them. They are bad news. Not even sure if their product is safe to use.”

They are not reputable at all. You pay for rush shipping still takes over a month. You tell them you no longer need your order they still send, promise to issue a refund when they receive item back, still no refund. Straight crooks on all levels!!! “I had ordered my hair with express shipping (2-3 days) on 8-10-19 with still no information on where my package is. They give you no tracking number, no way to know where your package is, not even email updates on whether or not its been shipped. After sending ten emails and calling five times I finally get a text that says it should be arriving on 8-15-19 but yet it still is not here, thus making me cancel my hair appointment to get it installed. This is completely unprofessional and I do not see myself ordering from them again any time soon.”
