I just bought it about a month ago and have used it just twice. The vegetables get heated up after two minuets using the machine and the shut constantly every 5 min has to be cleaned so that things will still go thru. I could make soup , it’s easier and get the same nutrition, because this machine heats the vegetables as you juice!!

I did not receive the juicer ordered from this company. They told me I was secured due to it being insured. When I connected with the owner of the company, David, he said he would be my advocate in getting this resolved. The owner did not get this resolved, did not file a claim for the lost package, and is now providing information to my bank that is inaccurate in hopes that the case will close in his favor and have me out 2k. If you don't want to encounter a similar experience shop with Nama juicer, or any other juicer.

Shady Business and Rude owner!!! I bought this juicer after a lot of research. This product maybe good but this BUSINESS is what you need to be CAUTIOUS about. My juicer arrived with obvious damage at 3 sites. The company did not acknowledge my request to take it back and get me a new one for first 3 weeks and were plain right rude!! He was so dumb to email me what he thinks of me to the extreme wellness (website where it was initially purchased). Later they accepted to take the product back. When I was done with the way they treated me and decided to just not get a replacement but my money back they come back stating they would charge me $300 a restocking fee but if i took a new machine back they would waive it as a "GOODWILL" shady practice. Problems do happen during shipping and i was more than happy to take a new machine back but just the way i was treated i decided not to do future business with them. If you are like me who may have a damage during shipping most likely you will loose you money, instead buy a Norwalk or an Angel juicer who offer better customer service. BTW i being a verified buyer was not allowed to leave my honest review on their website; so only if you have 5 star review they will let you post your review on extreme wellness website.

I just made my second juice and the press won't go down:( I hope that this can be easily fixed, I have been saving for and drooling over the Pure Juicer for quite a long time...

I ordered juicer bags. I have not ordered a juicer. It doesn’t seem like any of you know what is going on.
