“Works well! Be sure to fit correct, I set mine up and then molded the piece and wore, work up to the pieces separated. Adjusted to a different setting and stays in place now but it’s loose due to setting it up wrong initially.”

“I chose Pure Sleep boil-and-bite a year ago because it was the cheapest solution to a discovered moderate sleep apnea condition due to obstructions in the throat from a dropping or backwards-shifting jaw. This product better than cut in half the number of breathing obstructions during sleep based upon results from a post-home sleep study. I do feel more refreshed after sleeping and my watch (Fitbit) monitor sleep scores have gone up, including O2 measurements. It has held up fairly well. I do anticipate that it will not last for a long period and will need to be replaced with a new one at some point. However, after a year, it is still working like new. I clean it with my Philips Sonic electric toothbrush daily. The only issue that I have had is that I may have too aggressively aligned my jaw forward in the "bite" process. About once a month, my jaw "muscles" are sore in the morning for about an hour. I may have been trying to grind my teeth during sleep. However, being a little sore is better than actually grinding my teeth. I do highly recommend the product.”

“HI. I've tried at least seven different devices similar to Pure sleep but this is definitely the best one. It fits more comfortably than the others. A key I believe for me at least is it doesn't have a lot of excess material. I'm going to stick with this one for sure.”

“On one hand, this product gets 5 stars and on the other hand 3. The reason for this is that it does exactly what it says, it stops snoring, in my case 100%, no more snoring, my wife is super happy about this product and says that it could be a marriage saver. So it definitely does as advertised, no doubt about that. However, as a user of this product, I must say that there is quite a bit of discomfort, I did follow the instructions in the handbook, which is well written in English and detailed with pictures. However, using the product is where the issue lies. For example, I cannot close my lips, this might sound funny and like something that is a non-issue, but sleeping with my mouth closed is something that I have done all my life, the handbook even says that sleeping with your mouth open is unhealthy. This mouthpiece is so big I cannot close my lips, the gap in the mouthpiece, which is good for breathing should you need to breathe through your mouth is big, but the result is that my mouth is pretty much open, so I have to put my tongue in that gap in order keep my mouth from trying out. Nevertheless, regardless of these issues, I will continue to use this product, it's great, and everyone is at peace at night.”

“Ill start with the cons. Its not comfortable at all to sleep with a mouthpiece, but truthfully thats to be expected with any mouthpiece while sleeping. Other than that I rated this 4 stars because it actually works for me. My girlfriend and i can sleep in the same bed now with this device. She’s and extremely light sleeper, so any little snore will wake her. With this product she sleeps all night, and so do i. Oddly impressed!”

“I purchased the Puresleep mouthguard for my husband. His snoring keeps me awake for hours. After using the mouthguard his snoring was minimized. If he sleeps on his side, he doesn't snore. If he sleeps on his back he snores. It has helped me sleep better not hearing him all night. I wish it would work while he sleeps on his back.”

“This is my second Pure Sleep device and I truly feel it is great and helps me get better sleep. I've had two sleep devices, same device, from my dentist which cost me $500.00 out of pocket each. They did a good job of helping my sleep but they always discolored and were very unpleasant looking within 2-3 months of receiving them, very brown and yellow color, I couldn't keep them clean. Pure Sleep does not color, it stays the same clear look for the entire lifetime of the device.”
