“My husband wakes up only a few times a night compared to 15-20 prior. Is comfortable but Would like for the device to be a little softer. Was easy to mold to proper size. Stays in readily and very tolerable to use.”

“I've used pure sleep for many years but the last 2 devices have been subpar. I know how to correctly fit them but the last 2 fit so loosely that they are useless. I have written twice with no replies.”

“I did not have a chance to use the product because the company failed to mention that your lower jaw will have a proclivity to stay forward after using the mouthpiece all night, and can take several hours with massaging the jaw muscles to loosen the jaw back into normal position. This is unacceptable for me and I feel like the company should list this in the online description of the product.”

“In desperation, I made a skeptical purchase of the Pure Sleep mouthpiece about 12 or 13 years ago. The results were immediate and amazing. I no longer had to furnish another bedroom. Seriously, I don't travel without it and generally keep a spare just in case. I had tried several so called remedies before the Pure Sleep with little or no success. Since I started using it, I have tried several cheaper knock offs and they all were a bad experience. This mouthpiece works if fitted as instructed. That said, when is the next two-for-one sale?”

“We returned the product are waiting for reimbursement! The info on product packaging and s different than online info of the company. More warnings about dental background etc. Decided to have this done by dentist.,Yes, more expensive but also may be covered by medical insurance. Not sure on return process, have not seen a credit yet!!!!”

“I have been using the Pure Sleep mouthguard for about 10 years and am now 0n my 4th one. I initially used it for snoring and sleep apnea as well as grinding. It worked well and eliminated the need for the machine and uncomfortable headgear. After losing a lot of weight I continued to use it for snoring and teeth grinding. During a recent dental visit, my Doc advised me that the guard was causing my teeth to become loose due to its tight fit and my grinding motion. I just replaced it with a new guard and when setting the bite I was able to make not snug. Still works well for snoring and grinding and hopefully during my next dental visit my doc will be happy as well.”

“I have sleep apnea and have worn an oral appliances for at least 12 years. The appliance broke and to get a new one I would have to retake the sleep study. The new appliance and study would run around $3000. The PureSleep is just as effective and more comfortable.”
