I did not have a chance to use the product because the company failed to mention that your lower jaw will have a proclivity to stay forward after using the mouthpiece all night, and can take several hours with massaging the jaw muscles to loosen the jaw back into normal position. This is unacceptable for me and I feel like the company should list this in the online description of the product.
