“I was a bit skeptical at first, didn’t think something so simple and small could solve the huge issue of not being able to sleep and let my husband sleep due to snoring. This has changed my life. Would definitely recommend that you trim off any excess material after molding and make sure that you don’t leave any sharp edges with your cuts as they can be uncomfortable. Also, don’t try to move your jaw too much in the morning after wearing this for hours as your jaw may be sore. Always massage your jaw and then bring it back to its original position.”

“The product sort of works. My issue is with customer service.. i paid 30.00 over night delivery on a 50.00 product. It took 3 buisness days to receive. I missed its arrival. Pure sleep could care less... No refund. No apology.. no acknowledgement . As far as im concerned there a third party pedfler working out of a farage and basement . Very dissapointed”

“I have been using Pure Sleep for over a decade and it is great. No, it doesn’t completely eliminate all snoring - I still have to sleep on my side and make sure I have a decent pillow (not a “stop snoring” pillow, just a decent pillow - the stop snoring pillows don’t work). However, Pure Sleep quiets most of my snoring and has brought peace to the bedroom. It’s a marriage saver! And, after all these years I have found it comfortable and have had no “side effects”. It works and works well.”

“I have snored for years and drove my husband out of bed every night. Finally relief! It's so nice to cuddle all night. Easy to fit, a little sore jaw for a couple days but ok now. Well worth it.”

“Pros: - Somewhat effective at controlling apnea Cons: - Difficult to achieve a good fit. Boiling the device and putting into your mouth while hot is a hit-or-miss process - Very high priced”

“I have purchased a number of these and continue to have good results. I do miss the two for one offer from the past. Have had to purchase a few extra over time because the dog got ahold of a few and destroyed them.”

“Mouth piece was easy to assemble. Fitting instructions were good. Worked as it should. Hard to tell if your bite is straight and jaw held forward enough to do its job. I molded mine crooked and the excess plastic on the one side was uncomfortable. Trimming with scissors was almost impossible and useless. Had to use a razor knife. Left jagged edges that are about as bad. It does help with sleep.”

“The concept is good but the item did not work for me as I could not close my mouth around it. Having to breathe through my mouth all night long is worse, in my opinion, than snoring. Returned the unit.”

“My wife and I have been using PureSleep for years...our son used to complain years ago that he could never get any sleep when we traveled and shared hotel rooms...the very first time we used PureSleep we did not keep him up at all...he has since grown up and moved out of the house but we both still use our PureSleep every night!”

“Really enjoy the product but customer service has not been great. My last purchase has a fit issue, this is my third device and the other two have been great. I contacted the help department and was instructed to send my device back and await a new device in 2-3 weeks. How about ship a new device, with a return label for the defective one? Just frustrating.”
