“I have been trying all types of remedies and gadgets. This one actually works! I use a sleep app to record my snoring. I put in the mouthguard the first night. In the middle of the night, I took it out. The recording was proof! My snoring started heavy after I took out the mouthguard. On the second night, I was able to keep it in most of the night and the same results. Early morning recordings of loud snoring. My "Snore Card Score" kept going down the longer I kept the mouthguard in. I am going to buy some additional products to adjust the bite, now that I know more. I had to cut the backs of mine after fitting them because I have a bad gag reflex. After cutting it down an inch, I had no issue with gagging. It does take time to get used to it being in. I believe that getting another one and adjusting my bite (i didn't realize i have a slight overbite) will do the trick. I recommend this remedy highly!”

“Sadly, this appliance did not work well for me. It did reduce my snoring somewhat. It was not as loud and became more rhythmic but did not stop completely. I do encourage others to try it. It could be more useful for them.”

“I just couldn't make it fit right. It stuck out way too far in the front and I could not close my mouth. I probably did not fit it correctly. I know other people have had great success and I don't want my review to deter someone else from trying it.”

“If it was smaller and more comfortable to were I could fall asleep with it, it’d probably work. Tried for 7 straight days, tossed and turned for an hour each time, finally would give up and take it out and would fall asleep in minutes. Was really hopeful my snoring problem would be resolved”

“PureSleep has worked wonderfully for me! I had tried other products, but my doctor (after overnight testing me for sleep apnea, which was negative) said 'you should try the Pure Sleep product.' I did, and I've successfully used them for about 5 years now. My wife loves them as she can now sleep better (it's much quieter!). A great product that really works!”
