“Didn’t work, my wife has too small of a mouth. Returned unit.”

“I have yet to receive my mouthguard, but so far this had been disaster as it relates to international delivery. The original order took a long time to be delivered and there was no clear indication of when it would arrive. They of course tried to drop it off when no one was home and left no details on where it could be picked up and no place to find this online. Ended up getting returned. PureSleep support, to their credit, resent the order. The order has taken over 20 days to get delivered, again with little information on where it is/when it will arrive. There is also an additional tax of 22EUR that was not included in the shipping and handling that I must pay before being able to receive the package so it becomes much more expensive to receive. I really hope that the product is better than their logistics because the logistics are nothing less than awful!”

“For me, the amount of plastic is just too much. I did trim it but it's really hard to wear and it hurts my teeth. I found that I was taking it out in the middle of the night in my sleep so that's not good.”

“Fit isn't right, after a few attempts I was able to get it close to a decent fit. Still, wake up in the mornings with sore teeth and gums, now most of the time it falls out at night during sleep.”

“I was excited to try this mouthpiece for a trip I was taking so I wouldn't need to lug my bi-pap machine and all its accessories. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit well in my mouth. I may not have formed it correctly when I was setting it up. I may try to re-warm it in boiling water and see if I can get it to fit better one more time. Fingers crossed!”

“The mouthpiece is very small. It will not fit properly around my teeth even after heating in the boiling water. I would not recommend if you are very big.”

“This would work great if the molding process was better. My bottom tray fits well but the top didn’t mold at all. Perfect concept and I think it would work great but I can’t spend another $70 just to try.”

“Wasn't the best fit for me. Mouthpiece was too large, so I would have slept with my mouth open. I noticed a lot of pressure on the back of my teeth which helps keep the jaw forward. Overall, might be helpful to others, but not for me.”

“It might decrease snoring, but it's so bulky it makes it all but impossible to close my mouth when I sleep, leading to my mouth drying out during the middle of the night, which wakes me up, which disrupts my sleep. Ended up being a waste of money for me.”
