The intensity of an individual's snoring can be affected by several things which can change from one night to the next. People tend to snore more when they drink more alcohol than usual, when they sleep on their back (sleeping on one's side or stomach results in less snoring), when their sinuses are congested, and whey they're more exhausted. However in all cases, snoring should be very substantially less severe when using PureSleep than it would otherwise have been.

“It seemed good at first but in less than a week, it started to fall off of my top teeth. This is because when I boiled and set it, I somehow didn’t make a good top impression. So if it falls off the top teeth there is no support for the bottom teeth to be held up, it stops working, I start snoring but still have this thing on my bottom teeth!!!”

Jill, If you think that you may not have made a good impression of your top teeth, we can help, as long as you take action within our 60 day guarantee window. If you purchased your PureSleep device through the PureSleep.com website, you should have received an individualized, postage-paid return shipping label with your order. Please get it as you will be using it to conveniently return your order completely free of charge. Then go to our website, click on the link at the bottom of the page for "Support," and either send our customer service department a message or call them on the phone number shown. Explain that you had a problem with the fitting process that has rendered your PureSleep device unusable and that you would like to exchange it for a new one. That way, they'll know to exchange your returned PureSleep device for a new one and not to simply process a refund. Then just put your PureSleep device back in the box, seal it up, apply this return shipping label and drop it in any USPS mailbox. As soon as we get it, we'll send you a brand new one! If you can't find your return shipping label, contact customer support anyway as they can still help.

“It did not help with snoring. The mouthpiece was too fragile and small. When you formed it with your teeth it becomes very gelatinous and tough to keep in mouth.”

“The problem I have with my pure PureSleep is that I just can't get my mouth closed around it. I am female and have probably a small mouth. I can tell that it does the job of keeping my airway open and I felt very excited at first. But I can't really sleep for long with my mouth open like that. I actually think this is a great device but I just need a smaller size.”

“Took 3 tries to get it to fit so that it wasn’t painful. Sleep app says I still snore just as much as I always do and now it also says I am choking. Probably because you can’t swallow as easily while wearing device. Overall, seems like a waste of money. Could have bought a $5 mouth guard at CVS that would have been just as ineffective.”
