“Did seem to help me sleep better but kept falling out, on morning number four I woke up to my dog chewing on the mouthpiece.”

“I got scared of jaw pain, so I never even opened the box. I mailed it back to you with the pre-paid return postage you supplied, but I have not yet received my refund.”

“My first night was not easy. Drooling and trying to get used to the fit didn’t stop me from falling asleep but during the night it came out. Found it and will try for 3 more nights to see if it gets any easier.”

“It's been 2 weeks and I am still struggling to fit it in my mouth in a setting that it can benefit my sleep. . I remolded it yesterday per advice from customer support but now the back end has flattened and hurt my tongue. I am not sure what else can be done”

“The product is working a little for me . However I think I need another one that has the bottom piece moved a bit more forward because when I flip to my back it doesn’t help enough and I still snore loudly . On my side it does a decent job but I would love a replacement sent so I can try to make a new mold with my bottom jaw a bit more forward. Thank you”

“This product did not work for me and I have returned it. The fitting process was fairly simple, and I had my lower jaw forward as much as possible. It was fairly comfortable and I was able to sleep and keep my mouth closed. But it did not work to stop my snoring.”

“The device did not align well with my mouth. Also, I couldn’t swallow with the device in. That was both distracting and uncomfortable. My jaw hurt when I wore it. I couldn’t get past the first week of use.”

“I have been a Pure Sleep user for many years. Due to dental work being started just prior to the pandemic I was unable to use one for the past couple of years. Having completed my dental work about two weeks ago I ordered another Pure Sleep unit. Unfortunately it did not work out as it usually does. For some reason after following instructions for fit, it did not seem to form fit to my teeth. It seemed like the soft gel did not fully soften, and so the complete fit was off. I tried to re-fit but this left my lower side never really tightened, and therefore did not hold my jaw in place and my snoring did not stop. Always had faith in the Pure Sleep product but am disappointed in the results this time around.”

“Hello I would like a replacement of my pure sleep device: It worked the first week but when I use it now I feel like my jaw isn’t pushed forward anymore it’s not as effective as it one was. Can you please send a replacement thank you”
