“I have been using Pure Sleep for over 10 years. The simple answer is that it works great! My wife loves it the most. Also our dog thinks it makes a great dog toy, but then i need to get a new one, so i am very careful with it.”

“The product works as described and greatly reduces snoring as long as you are sleeping on your side. It does tend to fall out during the night. Overall I am happy with the purchase.”

“It’s extremely uncomfortable, sucks that it only works while you’re laying on your side, and it wasn’t mentioned that sleeping with your mouth open you drool all over your pillow. I haven’t found anything that works yet.P.S. frustrated”

“I have used pure sleep for a couple of years now… It seems like a large thing to say, but honestly, it changed my life… My snoring had become so bad that my throat would hurt my head would hurt every morning - Sleep was not good. These things are as simple to Melton mold as a junior, high football mouthguard and they are super super effective absolutely 100% worth the money.”

“Easy to fit and very comfortable to wear. Not only helps with snoring but also with teeth grinding. Been using this product for years and have never had any issues with the product. I wouldn't buy anything else!”

“The first night my husband used this I checked to make sure he was still alive several times in the night because he was breathing SO QUIETLY! Answered prayer! I was losing my mind missing so much sleep but not anymore! The only downside is that it only lasts about 3 months before needing to be replaced. Worth it!”

“A great product… one of the few things that really works! Have been using for five years.. usually need one or two per year appliances per year. My husband will wake me up if I forget it and tell me put in my mouthpiece. This latest replacement is due to my dog chewing it up!l A Nurse recommended these to me initially.”

“Very good to prevent my husband’s snoring. Lasts fairly long. Hardest part is heating it so it doesn’t touch anything to melt it before it goes into his mouth to form the correct bite. It cannot be submerged in boiling water even after the boiling stops laying on top of a spatula. Have tried using gentle tongs for the two minutes it’s heating, but even that is not easy. Needs a small cage or holder that can be submerged.”

“PureSleep is by the most effective device I’ve ever used to correct my snoring problem. Over the years I’ve tried nose strips, jaw slings, pressure point rings, and sprays. Nothing worked until I found PureSleep. It took me about a week to get used to wearing it - now I can’t sleep without it. I feel rested in the morning after a good nights sleep. I love my PureSleep device and so does my wife.”

“Works very well for a limited amount of time. Mine tend to weaken and last around 8 to 10 months before they need to be replaced. This is my third purchase.”

“My husband snores so loud that it keeps me up most nights. This product works so well I bought another one for him to take to work on is shifts over night. We have used this product in the past and now using again he has used several other methods that did not work so well for him thus one is the best option.”
