“Two nights wearing the device and no two night of not snoring. Wife is pleased. I can't say I'm 100% comfortable wearing it; My lips barely touch as the mouth guard pushes against them. Think it may lead to more open mouth breathing.”

“I’ve used PureSleep for many years. It works well but needs to be replaced about every 6 months. I also need to put dental wax (from my dentist) in all the openings to keep air from drying out my mouth. I will continue to use PureSleep.”

“The PureSleep has stopped my snoring for the past week! I’m still being cautiously optimistic and waiting to see how it does over the course of time. I am having a bit of trouble with it causing some jaw pain. I have not yet reached out to PureSleep because the instructions say to give it at least 5 days. It’s been about 7-8 days now so I’m going to see if there is a solution. I really want this to work as it is so simple, small, and relatively inexpensive.”

“PureSleep appears to work well with my snoring. My wife said my snoring has been reduced substantially since I started PureSleep a few days ago. It is important to follow PureSleep instructions: read its instructions. Its price is too expensive for me. Its delivery is slow.”

“The device seems to work according to my wife who has to listen to me snore. The fitting process is important, although simple to follow I guess I needed to make sure and uniformly bite down with the front and back of your teeth. Don’t just focus on the front teeth (although the front are the most critical) you want to make sure the rear teeth have sufficient pressure to properly fit the device.”

“It me 3 try’s to get the mouth piece to fit where it wasn’t bothering me. I sometimes wake up with discomfort in my jaw but, my wife happiness comes first. is My wife said “she is having the best nights sleep.”

“Purchased this because I had a similar product in the past that I found helpful with reducing loud snoring. I recorded my sleep not using the mouthpiece and then using the mouthpiece, and it’s a positivedifference significant weight. I’ve purchased an app on my phone and I record nightly and I’m using that amongst other minor remedies this is a very good product in about 20 days of use.”

“Pure sleep has relieved my snoring and my wife can now sleep better next to me and is happy. I did have to remold it a second time and it seems to fit better now. Happy with the mouthguard.”

“I have sleep apnea related to my lower jaw sliding back when I sleep: PureSleep is the solution for me as it holds my lower jaw in place and eliminates my apnea. I have been using one for more than 10 years. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that, FOR ME, it stops being effective within 3-4 months as it becomes a looser fit by that time, and no longer holds my jaw in place. I only think this would be a problem for people who have really strong tooth-grinding movement. Mine is extreme- where I have broken teeth. But, protecting my teeth is an added benefit to PureSleep: I have not damaged my teeth since I started using it. Instead of my teeth, I wear out the implement. Much better choice. So, overall- this is an excellent device. It stops my apnea (which is due to an underbite, not throat width or other things that can create this issue), and it protects my teeth from damage. It just wears out quickly for me... Highly recommend overall.”

“I've had mine for a week and I think it works very well but not sure because no one sleeps with me to give me feedback, and it keeps popping out of my mouth in the middle of the night. I can get to sleep fine and it is comfortable but will not stay in my mouth. Have no idea when it pops out. If you wait a week or mire when my girlfriend stays with me then I can tell you more.”
