“I use this item because I haven't found a replacement and can't afford to get one from the Dentist. Over priced for as often as it needs replaced.”

“The product works as described and greatly reduces snoring as long as you are sleeping on your side. It does tend to fall out during the night. Overall I am happy with the purchase.”

“Very good to prevent my husband’s snoring. Lasts fairly long. Hardest part is heating it so it doesn’t touch anything to melt it before it goes into his mouth to form the correct bite. It cannot be submerged in boiling water even after the boiling stops laying on top of a spatula. Have tried using gentle tongs for the two minutes it’s heating, but even that is not easy. Needs a small cage or holder that can be submerged.”

“Works very well for a limited amount of time. Mine tend to weaken and last around 8 to 10 months before they need to be replaced. This is my third purchase.”

“I have used this device for a few years and also tried another brand. This Puresleep device is much better. I still do not understand how they can all charge $60 for a piece of molded plastic, one-size-fits-all. My girlfriend says it does work and insists that I wear it. bc”

“This is at least the 4th PureSleep device I have purchased for my husband. It definitely reduces his snoring...as long as he is not on his back. Then he does snore lightly, but a slight nudge and onto his side he goes and the snoring is gone again!”

“I've been using Puresleep for approx.5-10 years. The product does work but not 100% of the time, to be honest. There are some nights when either you are completely exhausted or have a stuffy nose or something else affecting your breathing and that is why it doesn't work 100%. But with that said, it is better than any alternative out there. I have tried z_Quiet & SnoreRX and those products do not work for my wife & I. We both use Puresleep & are satisfied with the use. BTW, they also help with teeth grinding which is great!”

“Works well! Be sure to fit correct, I set mine up and then molded the piece and wore, work up to the pieces separated. Adjusted to a different setting and stays in place now but it’s loose due to setting it up wrong initially.”

“HI. I've tried at least seven different devices similar to Pure sleep but this is definitely the best one. It fits more comfortably than the others. A key I believe for me at least is it doesn't have a lot of excess material. I'm going to stick with this one for sure.”

“On one hand, this product gets 5 stars and on the other hand 3. The reason for this is that it does exactly what it says, it stops snoring, in my case 100%, no more snoring, my wife is super happy about this product and says that it could be a marriage saver. So it definitely does as advertised, no doubt about that. However, as a user of this product, I must say that there is quite a bit of discomfort, I did follow the instructions in the handbook, which is well written in English and detailed with pictures. However, using the product is where the issue lies. For example, I cannot close my lips, this might sound funny and like something that is a non-issue, but sleeping with my mouth closed is something that I have done all my life, the handbook even says that sleeping with your mouth open is unhealthy. This mouthpiece is so big I cannot close my lips, the gap in the mouthpiece, which is good for breathing should you need to breathe through your mouth is big, but the result is that my mouth is pretty much open, so I have to put my tongue in that gap in order keep my mouth from trying out. Nevertheless, regardless of these issues, I will continue to use this product, it's great, and everyone is at peace at night.”

“Ill start with the cons. Its not comfortable at all to sleep with a mouthpiece, but truthfully thats to be expected with any mouthpiece while sleeping. Other than that I rated this 4 stars because it actually works for me. My girlfriend and i can sleep in the same bed now with this device. She’s and extremely light sleeper, so any little snore will wake her. With this product she sleeps all night, and so do i. Oddly impressed!”
