“This was my second order with Pyrrha. Alone of the chains was accidentally forgotten and the staff DID NOT DISAPPOINT with their customer service! A new chain was sent out, with a handwritten card, apologizing for the oops, and thanking for my patience. The quality of the items is amazing, coupled with some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Lifetime customer 💕😘”

“Excellent communicating. I have an ongoing issue of my pendants not staying facing front seal on chest. On both pieces. Also the clasp on my rainbow is tight and takes minutes and more to clasp. I need ed an extender for the black paperclip 18” depending on my top that I wear. Stephanie is so professional and I love these designs!!!!”
