“US dollars???? I don't understand why the prices are in US$ when all of your advertising stipulates that: ..."We are a Vancouver, Canada-based jewelry company that handcrafts sustainable jewelry with meaning ..." It would seem to me that there is a little bit of false advertising here.... or 'false impression'; NOT a Canadian product after all. The Talisman I ordered for my brother listed at $245 ended up costing me $312.61. I find this a little bit much for such as small medallion. --Louise”

“From the first email to the delivery of my husband's bracelet was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. The bracelet was more than we could ask for. It's stunning. My caveman husband never wears jewelry (even his wedding ring) once he got it he has not taken it off. Thank you Thank you Thank you!”

“Are the pendants getting smaller? I dunno but I purchased a second pendant and it was smaller than my first one that I purchased from here. I hate that exchanging costs money. Silver isn’t expensive so I’d think that exchanging would be free (shipping included). I purchased another chain from another site for 12 dollars and it included priority shipping. I needed a longer chain since I didn’t think about how short the chain is. Over it’s a nice necklace.”

“I love my Pyrrha pieces! I recently got a new & longer chain for my talisman and even though the quality is great and the shipping speed was fast, I feel that packaging was off. My chain arrived loose in a little fabric pouch and was tangled on arrival. I think that something like a 30” chain should be wrapped in a way that it doesn’t get all tangled up in shipping. Other than that, I like my new chain and it fits my charm.”

“I love the products,they are beautiful! I recognize that this fine jewelry is laborious however I’m disappointed that as Canadian we must pay US dollars. This adds up and I know I’d purchase more had prices stayed Canadian.”

“I recently bought the new Pyrrha Lionhearted charm on an 18 inch chain. I am very much into lions and have previous Pyrrha lion talismans. I love them all but really liked the position of the full lion holding the heart. I like how it symbolizes choosing courage over fear and I do try to live by that.”
