“I have not had too many issues with using the Qi Macros "Add-In". An experience worth mentioning occurred recently when the "Add-In" disappeared from my Excel app and I had to reach out to technical support to confirm my trouble-shooting "next steps". Ryan with Technical and Customer support was prompt and thorough with his guidance and I was able to resolve the issue quickly. In an age where customer support is dodgy (at best), I was pleasantly surprised and grateful. A side note: based on the need to validate the QiMacros for my company's "application" purposes and what KnowWare Solutions provided via the website was substantial and comprehensive.”

“Find the excel plug-in very simple to use and use it a lot. I used to use another very high-priced statistical software package, but find I can do just about with QI Macros. I ordered QI Macros for all my employees at work and they use it in their daily work.”

“I have used various versions of QI Macros for many many years and find it invaluable. The system is easy to use and I find it very useful to perform "what if" evaluations of data where I can quickly look at what happens if I change one or two parameters. Also, whenever I have had issues I have gotten assistance quickly.”

“Customer service is excellent! I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas recently on a problem with some very erratic process data. After we chatted on the phone for awhile he suggested I send him some of my data for him to analyze. In less than a couple of hours I got a three page report in my email that clearly and concisely answered all of my questions! I have an ancient version of QIMacros (2016.03) and was treated like a brand new customer. I will be buying the latest version myself in the near future!”

“I’ve been using QI Macros for over 4 years now. I really like the statistical and graphical functions it provides. I can run Control Charts, Histograms and Statistical Reports in less than 10 minutes. With the Improvement Project Wizard in QI Macros 2022 I now can also analyze large amounts of data and get Pareto Charts and Pivot Tables in less than 5 minutes. QI Macros makes me look like a Statistical Genius and The Master of Improvement!”

“I've been using QI Macros since 2017 and swear by it. It's nice to be able to do work in Excel and be able to share it with other for easy view. The user interface is easy to use and easy to understand. There are lots of help FAQ's available.”

“We have used another statistical tool for years as part of our Lean Six Sigma deployment. Due to a recent significant increase in that company's cost structure we began looking for another alternative. A friend recommended QI Macros and we went ahead and purchased and have been very pleased. We really like that its so integrated with Excel. Now many of our project workpapers can be located all in one Excel workbook which is awesome. Using our prior system we were constantly going back and forth between Excel and the other statistical software (lots of motion waste) in order to do things like control charts, pareto charts, histograms, and statistical tests, now its all in one place. We really like the wizards and the templates for things like fishbone diagrams, cause and effect matrices, etc... We enjoy the help videos that are easily accessible and I have been super impressed with the help function, as the team from QI Macros is so responsive to any questions you have. Wish we had made the switch long ago. Thanks for making a great product.”

“It is excellent software with all the Tools, Templates and Methods which are used for Lean Six Sigma and Agile LSS methodology. There are available Wizards in this software which are helping with selection of correct Control Charts, Charts, Statistics, Datamining and Improvement Project. Software is fully supported on-line including video Training and documentation for free upto Green Belt level incl.”

“The QI Macros product for Excel is easy to install and easy to use. The vendor themselves provide great service when needed, and provide excellent training documentation with both written and video material. The product itself makes lean and six sigma more relatable and easy to apply. Essentially it provides a pathway to easily leverage the most often used tools such as SIPOCs, value stream diagrams, control charts and histograms. But if you need more than that to really dive into root cause and such, the product has that as well. The menu is easy to follow and use, so your not wasting time figuring out where to go and how to do something. As a IT process consultant, QI Macros has saved much time in data analysis and streamlined our process current state discovery work.”
