We are happy to hear that you had an outstanding trip, but we are sorry to hear that the food did not quite meet your expectations. Our onboard dining service regularly receives excellent marks like this one from guest Thomas Ferb who sailed the week before your departure: “The dining & relaxing accommodations were great..” We constantly strive to improve our offerings and invite all our guests to give us input on all aspects of their cruise, especially while on the actual cruise, so that we can make necessary adjustments to meet and exceed each guests’ expectations. “This expedition was better than I would have imagined, and my imagination was full! Perfection, magical, and life changing. The yacht was very comfortable, the crew was professional and attentive and the naturalists were so knowledgeable. The food, excursions and education completed an amazing trip. I would recommend Quasar Expeditions to anyone! You will love every minute!”

“We had an incredible time cruising around the Galapagos thanks to Quasar and their fantastic. The guides and crew on the Evolution were all helpful and knowledgeable and did everything possible to make our time there the best that it could be. A cruise is definitely the way to travel in the Galapagos and Quasar is the group to do it with!”

“I was worried before I went if I would be able to keep up. The walks were not easy because of the surface at times but I was able to participate and enjoy. There was always a helping hand getting on and off the pangas, when snorkling and during the hikes. The staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We have traveled all over the world and this was on our bucket list. I highly recommend!!! Small enough that everyone knew our names and we became friends with the other passengers. I suprised myself at how much I did. Very much enjoyed. Thank you everyone!!!”

“The experience with Quasar Expeditions aboard the Evolution is simply fantastic! My expectations were high as I had researched previously and they exceeded them by far. The first thing I want to highlight is the organization, there is nothing that is not covered by each and every one of the Quasar staff at every stage of the trip. From the airport, to the yacht, to the guides, everything is perfectly synchronized. Secondly, I would like to highlight the experience on board. The crew takes care of even the smallest detail, when we came back from snorkeling and the water was a bit chilly, they waited for us on the yacht with hot chocolate and this is barely a detail. We had the opportunity to go on tours with each one of the guides and it is incredible the level of knowledge and experience they have no matter where they are on the itinerary. You can tell they have many years of experience and know the islands from A to Z. These 8 days aboard the Evolution have been the best vacation I have had in a long time. Congratulations, keep it up!”

“From the moment we were greeted by our naturalists at the airport in Baltra, to the very last day of our time on The Grace and our transport back to Baltra airport, I felt well taken care of. The level of service and experience from the naturalists and the staff on board was superb! The guests were divided into two groups. I was in the group with the naturalist Gustavo and I have to say that he made the exploration of the islands and waters magical. He was so knowledgeable about the islands and all the wildlife we were privileged to see. My room on board was beautiful and was serviced multiple times during the day. Everyone was surprised daily with a delightful new fish or bird towel sculpture on our beds. We pretty much only slept and changed in our rooms because the days were packed with such incredible activities. Hikes, snorkeling, kayaking, cruising the islands and waters in a dinghy were daily adventures. During all this we are learning about the history of the Galapagos Islands and the various species of birds, animals, & water life. We were even blessed to see a humpback whale! At every turn I was filled with wonder! Before dinner we all gathered for a briefing of the next day’s activities. We all knew what to expect even down to the shoes and clothing we should wear. The food on board the Grace was fantastic with a feast served at every meal. Sitting in the beautiful outdoor dining room was a great time to get to know the other guests. The chef would come out and spend time with us, gathering feedback on his meals and getting to know us. I would highly recommend this journey to anyone. I guarantee you will be filled with memories and photographs that you will treasure forever.”

“We had a great time travelling with Quasar to Chilean Patagonia in July. From the moment we arrived in Santiago all went smoothly, all guides were good company to be with and the transfer drivers took us safely to first Torres del Paine and later the Atacama as well.”
