“We bought a car that after a few days needed returning to have and fault repaired. Also when we got home did not have a MOT certificate in the paperwork. Have requested that it be sent to us but have yet to hear anything.”

Purchasing a used vehicle always carries a certain amount of risk and despite our thorough checks, things can unfortunately still go wrong. Fortunately, our comprehensive warranty is in place to cover the cost of any repairs required after purchasing the vehicle. We understand this isn't ideal, however we hope that you found we made things as smooth as possible. I have managed to get a copy of your MOT certificate from the team. I will email this over to you shortly and pop a copy out in the post, you should receive this in the next few days. “Salesman was not pushy into trying to sell me a car and was very accommodating when I wanted to see another car that I had not arranged to see. When I had chosen he was very thorough in going through additional products but there was never any pressure to buy. Second car I have bought at this dealership.”

“Very helpful salesman, although he specialised in one specific make, he was happy to help me look at all my choices. I went with the intention of buying so the sale was a pretty easy one. But he answered (or attempted to find out), any queries or questions I had. I have had a few dealings with the Braintree branch, always found them helpful Thank you”

“, i have just purchased my second car from quest motors, the first one was in 2020. i travel 80 miles to this dealer. purchased a mini one countryman great price, Russel.the sales guy, could not have done better, 10/10. so went back this year 2021, purchased a Audi A1 sport. great price again, really good p/x given. Richard the sales man, was so helpful. sent a live video link. when i saw the car it was great, i highly recommend quest motors. for all your needs, well done Richard. to anyone thinking of purchasing a car, take a trip to this company. it will be worth your time. forget your back street car dealership. go to quest, well done to every one at quest motors. regards, mike”
