“We have had our Vitara a week. Everything was 5 star regarding the initial communication, test drive, part exchange and collection of the Vitara with sale's exec Andrew Frost. He is one of the most helpful sales people I have dealt with. He made my wife and myself very welcome and was most informative all the way through. The only downside was the hard sell from another Quest employee regarding paint and upholstery treatment. He did not want to take no for an answer. If it had not been for Andrew's profesionalism I would have marked them down to 4 stars.”

“From our first visit to Quest Braintree we found the staff welcoming and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Stephanie, the sales person who showed us around. Initially we looked at a couple of second hand models but in the end we opted to go with a new vehicle. “Just purchased a used VW Golf convertible from Quest and am extremely pleased with their customer service and the whole process. Quest seem to only stock high quality used cars which I think are very competitively priced – my car was immaculate inside and out and a complete service history was backed up with a very comprehensive mechanical check, full service, 12 months MOT, and 3 months warranty (which we extended to their 2 years cover for a very reasonable price). Attention to detail and customer satisfaction was excellent and the very few minor items such as small paint chips were addressed as a matter of course. Lots of used cars out there ....... but why risk going anywhere else.”
