Vehicle dropped off overnight so had a full day to work on it. Advised 2 hours before closing that the car needed 2 hours more work. You need to get the right colleague to help you as I normally get excellent service.

This is about the fifth review i've done since quest moved to Braintree. Customer service and work carried out efficiently second to none. One drawback I have is now that I'm in my late 70s i am finding it difficult with the journey from Southminster. I have been told Quest engineer will collect my vehicle if I need it. I am yet to try this.

I had a service, Mot and used the collect/drop off service. Everyone I dealt with were polite, friendly and efficient. Happy with it all as usual.

Met with sales representative Darren Smith Tuesday afternoon and felt at ease with him very quickly after running through the options I settled on a new Suzuki swift . This is the third new car I have purchased from quest motors in the last 12 years and always return when the service is due long may this relationship continue.

I found the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful. Paid for a diagnostic test but was told the results had been deleted when I asked for a copy.

As a family-run business which has been going in Essex since 1924, we like to think that we've made every experience with us easy, friendly and enjoyable. We have reviewed the communication between yourself and our service team, and we feel that we have behaved in a professional manner at all times. Unfortunately the diagnostic test did confirm that a substantial amount of work was required on your vehicle, which also unfortunately does equate to a considerable cost when compared against your vehicle’s current market value. Regarding the deletion of the diagnostic test results, the findings, after our technician had investigated the vehicle, were summarised on the invoice you would have received so you are welcome to use this and visit another service centre if you would like a second opinion.
