“This is my 3rd car from Quest plus my daughter and daughter-in-law have also purchased from Quest, 5 cars in total. Quest make everything so easy from start to finish and nothing is too much trouble, no question is deemed as silly. Darren our sales personel demonstrated true professionalism throughout our experience at Quest, without pressure to buy.”

“Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Whilst observing the social distancing rules at this time, they try to make you feel at ease and explain the features of cars in the correct manner. I was unable to leave a 'very good' star in Customer Service box.”

“No follow up after sale at all. Had issue at point of sale with finance and was expecting a call next day for update. Never received. Also was going to help me sort out a private plate that never happened.”

Due to COVID-19, we are running a smaller team than usual and we are therefore spread a little thin. As explained, the DVLA is not operating as normally at the moment, therefore we are unable to transfer your private plate onto your new car. However as soon as the DVLA begins to operate normally, we will of course be more than happy to help with the number plate transfer. “The service I got was second to none. I always get very good service every time I go to Quest motor at Braintree. The staff all know me as I have brought many vehicles from you. I normally deal with Brad and the lovely Stef. They know what I want and get me a good deal. I would not think of going to any other dealer ship. Thank you”
