“I have used the service many times and they was very professional the customer service very helpful and friendly. Once the van has broken on the way but they send me a replacement driver in only one hour.”

“This company was fantastic with communication, booking was very easy. The driver Kuran was helpful , respectful with our items and made a difficult move seamless. The Van was not clean tidy and he had everything on the van for our move”

“Dwight got in touch directly to confirm the job details beforehand. He was punctual, kind and professional, and very hard working. He moved all my belongings down two flights of stairs, into his van and to a storage location. When we arrived, he assessed the space to ensure it was big enough, and then stacked everything neatly and efficiently. I am delighted with the service. He even gave me a ride home afterwards. He made what could have been an extremely stressful experience easy and pleasant. Five stars!”

“Our driver was on time. However, he was rude, unwilling to work and demanded more money to do the job or threatened to drive off with our boxes. He then demanded even more money when job was done.”

“DO NOT HIRE THESE SERVICES!! My driver was 3 hours late, unresponsive for the first 2 hours and then told me he’d overslept and would arrive in 20 minutes but when I called him 30 minutes later he hadn’t even left. He then said he’d arrive in 15 and got there 45 minutes later. He left me sitting on the street outside someone from gumtree’s house who was selling my a sofa for 3 hours in the freezing cold and never once apologised.”
