“One of the best companies for mobile phone purchase. It was easy and all confirmed in under 10 Minutes. Mobile arrived on day they said it would and I have been using it ever since with no problems.”

“Absolutely awful, never had worse customer service. My phone arrived pretty much broken already could shake the phone and all the parts would move. Tried to send it back took almost a month for me with no phone, finally asked for a refund and I’m still awaiting it. By far the worst place to buy a refurbished phone.”

“Ordered iPhone XS Max said it was going to be 7 days before despatch but then the phone came in 3 days very reliable get an email when your phone is being posted and was very helpful very recommended will be ordering some Xmas pressies for kids this year”

“The phone I received on 19May was faulty. I returned it on 29May and am still awaiting my refund 6 weeks later. I get no email replies from the accounts department and have been forced to raise a dispute with my credit card to get my money back, a very time-consuming process. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. I do not recommend them to anyone. Delighted for the opportunity to review them, however.”

“Delivery waiting times for original phone were excessive. Phone was broken and took even longer to be replaced. Left me without a phone for weeks before being fixed. The phone I ended up getting was a different colour”
