“Excellent product but let down by lack of communication and poor delivery. Unable to contact Quick Mobile Fix by telephone or email after initial order was acknowledged. Delivery was scheduled by Quick Mobile Fix twice but failed to deliver resulting in two wasted days having to wait in for non the existant deliveries. In spite of the above problems the product supplied was of excellent quality, well packaged and definitely worth the money paid.”

“I will not be using QuickMobileFix to purchase a refurbished iPad, reason being I do not like receiving unsolicited messages, plus not being able to subscibe to them.”

“I received today my Grade A condition iPhone 7 and I am very pleased with my purchase, paid a good price for such a nice phone and I couldn't be happier :) I think the worst part was taking 9 working days to get here but I understand that they probably have a lot of orders to make everyday so 9 working days wasn't that bad. I talked to them through e-mail because I made a mistake and ordered a different phone at first and they replied very quickly, I still haven't received my refund for that first purchase though (which they promised would take around 10-15 working days and today is the 9th day)”

“Very happy with purchase of Iphone 6S. This is the second phone I have bought from Quick Mobile Fix. The only problem I have had is with the delivery company not delivering the Iphone to the address stated & also no communication to the whereabouts of the phone.Had to finally pick the phone up from the delivery depot.”

“Using Quick Mobile Fix to buy a good quality iPhone was simple and straightforward. I'd definitely use the service again. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the time it took to receive the phone - the T&Cs said it would be shipped "within 10 working days" and it was shipped on the 10th day; I suspect that most items get shipped in that time frame so a clearer statement to manage expectations would be that it "usually takes 10 working days, and not more, to ship items". Other than that, the service was good.”

“Phone was exactly what I ordered great condition etc , e-mail for delivery told me it would 4pm waited in for it no show arrived next day, fortunately my neighbour signed for it .”
