“Wrong phone sent. Ordered iPhone in pristine condition, but received a phone with minor scratches and marks. Phone now replaced and is in pristine condition. Thank you.”

“My new phone is great sold as A1 condition and it certainly is - it's just like new. It took every day of the 10 working days to arrive but it was worth the wait. My only complaint is that I was sent an email offering 5% discount on all phones which was not accepted at the checkout. I emailed customer services but as yet have not received a reply to this email. Only had my phone a couple of weeks but so far so good.”

“Phone in great condition, and delivered qickly. But... tried to cancel order prior to despatch, and although I got a response asking me why I wanted to cancel, I had no further communication other than telling me the phone had been despatched. In the end I decided to keep it, but the lack of acknowlegement was not helpful.”

“Ordered 2 phones, one delivered to Ireland (took several weeks and a few chaser emails) and one to UK address - arrived within 10 days. Both in excellent condition and so far working without any issue. Better value than buying from CEX (almost half price) or similar for same phones.”

“Great communication with customer service. The only reason i am not giving 'very good' is due to delivery time. This was much longer than anticipated. However for the price it is worth the wait.”

“The phone was delivered but I was out at the time. The delivery driver took the parcel back with him and my daughter had to wait another two days for delivery. The phone also had scratches on the screen.”
