“Received phone in good time, in condition as stated. Sent wrong colour asked for black but got grey- not sent it back as ok with colour grey. Generally happy with service company etc.”

“I ordered 2 phones on 8th December, now over a month ago and have still not received them. I have lost count of the number of times I have emailed and phoned to find out what has been happening and have got absolutely nowhere; just generic email responses and holding for 20/30 minutes each time I ring. I have received one email to say they have been dispatched, followed by another to say this email was sent in error. I then received another email to say they have been dispatched but when I try and track them, I get a reply to say tracking number is invalid. I have requested the name and contact detail as for the manager and, surprise, surprise no response. I will be pursuing until I get a full refund. Anyone thinking of using this company - DON’T. You have been warned!!!”

“I’m getting worried!! My son (18) ordered a phone 20th December, whilst we didn’t expect it for Christmas we are now 10 days in and no phone has turned up! No tracking number received, I phoned today and was On the phone an hour today I a que, after an hour thought I’d got through no answer on the line, I’ve emailed two separate email addresses and Facebook messaged them..... no response!!”

“Easy to order. Phone arrived in time for Christmas. Only problem was it was not the colour that I ordered but luckily my husband did not mind. Addionally the charger/usb cable supplied with phone seems quite cheap.”

“Items condition as expected . Delivery was on time I have tried contacting the company prior to delivery and after delivery but I was unable to get hold of them. Phone would constantly ring Mobile provided over heats and turns off when using FaceTime ???”
