“very pleased with my 'new to me' phone - it is in immaculate condition. Good communication from Quick Mobile Fix when the colour I had originally ordered wasn't available. Prompt delivery once this was sorted out. Would recommend.”

“Easy to order on line. Delivered 5 days after order was placed. The phone was in prestige condition as described. I would use Quick Mobile Fix again.”

“A PROBLEM SORTED I ordered a refurbished iphone 7, unfortunatly it had a fault with the front facing mic. Quick Mobile Fix were good to their word and repaired the phone without any issue or argument and now the phone is like new. The buying and recieving of the phone plus the time it took to repair it all happened within the time scale that Quick Mobile said it would happen and they replied my my e-mails on time and kept me up to date. My big issue was that no one answered the phone when i rang on 3 different occations, however the e-mail responces were timely. Though i wished that the phone had come working 100% it has not put me off from using Quick Mobile again in the future and if the phone had work 100% right away i would have given this service 5 stars, however i am still very happy with the final result.”

“Price offered good as screen was broken and was better than all others I tried - basically it was phone value minus cost of fixing which saved me the hassle of getting it repaired first. After checking the payment seemed to take a little longer than I expected but all in all it was about 10 working days to complete so reasonable.”

“Easy website to follow and simple postage system. Did take longer than I thought for the sale monies of my phone to hit my account, but I received amount as quoted on submission. Longer than a competitors site I have used before.”

“A good easy way to sell my unused mobile. They paid what they quoted but I would have preferred a little more contact as things moved slower than I angicipated. I tried calling customer service 10 times to check up on progress but no one was ever there. Otherwise I can’t fault it, I got paid and there were no issues. Would use again :)”

“Very pleased with the phone I purchased. It is better than I expected. Delivery was poor but thus was due to the courrier who had the phone but didnt deliver or try to contact me until i contacted them.”

“Phones was in good condition apart for a few small screen scratches. But I had to wait to use it as it wasn't unlocked. There was a note saying that it wasin the process of being unlocked which was carried out after a few days.”
