Tried to purchase an Ipad mini from them which was showing as in stock. After MANY delays in this being sent out to me I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They told me this would be within 14 working days. I waited for this time and no refund. When I contacted them to chase this up and they assured me this would be done by the end of October (might I add this was nearly 2 months after I asked for a refund!). However, I waited patiently and this time came and went so I chased them up again and now they are saying it will be by 3rd December... a further month! I do not understand how a refund can take over 3 months to process. They have essentially stolen my money!! Would never use and now seeking legal action.

Never deal with this company, if you want a refund forget ,no phone number, automated emails. Still waiting since July for a dead on arrival iPhone to be refunded. Been agreed , every month they say payment will be on the last day. Never happens.

Paid june , did not deliver , asked for refund , still promises to no avail , now october They are Scammers beware !!! You will not get a phone and they will keep your money

I bought a phone in June, receive the phone 1 month later!!!! face recognition was not working so sent phone back! they try to charge me for some liquid repair even though I only had the phone with me 3 days, after weeks of fighting my corner they decided that they weren't going to charge and send phone repaired! after weeks again still no phone so decided don't want the phone any longer as 2 months had past and still no phone and paid over £500 ...they finally agreed I would get my refund, they said it would happen within 14 days, it didn't, I chased after 1 month, they said I would receive payment on the 27th Oct , now thy are saying I will receive payment on 30th of November! TERRIBLE SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE and I they give me no confidence I will get my money back!!!! Manager does not call me even though I ask , and no phone number to call to discuss...ITS OUTRAGEOUS and I will NEVER NEVER use them EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Ordered two Iphones; paid over £720.00. Received neither. No communication as to why they were not being despatched. Had to chase over and over again to get refund, which took over a month. Horrendous customer service and no contact telephone number. Would never deal with this company again.

Don’t use this company they’re customer service is shocking I’m currently going through a small claims court with them as they lost my sons phone and then just ignored me! Not worth the hassle!

Stay away shocking company. Sent a phone back for repair in augs and still don’t have my replacement. Countless emails FB messages and nothing. But they did kindly block me from been able to comment on FB!! Sad really.

I have a faulty iphone that I purchased and mobile quick fix won’t reply to my emails to refund me I sent it back on two occasions for repair but no good definitely would not recommend this company

DO NOT BUY FROM QUICK MOBILE FIX . The phone i bought froze so i returned for a refund as it was within the first 2 weeks, they promise a full refund! A couple of weeks later guess what , they returned the phone to me still frozen. Very sorry they said, send it back and we will refund you within 14 days. 4 weeks later no refund. Again very sorry! This went on for 4 MONTHS. I did however eventually get my refund, but took roughly 20 emails to sort out. BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Absolutely awful company and customer service. Sent me a faulty phone which was meant to be ‘perfect’ condition. I returned this phone and have still not received response to my emails or a refund. Absolutely disgusting, dishonest crook company.

I Purchased two handsets that were both faulty I emailed customer service that Didn’t help at all I sent the phones back within two days of purchase although I had proof that they had received their items I still did not receive a refund I then had to contact my bank in order to get my money back very disappointing take caution when purchasing

Do not touch them with a barge pole. I wouldn't give them one star if it was possible. I bought a phone over 7 weeks ago and they have prevaricated and lied about delivery dates ever since. Apparently it is still undergoing tests and yet it was advertised as in 'pristine condition' and 'fully reconditioned'! I am referring them to the Advertising Standards Commission.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - unless you have money you want to throw away - the people that run this company are very good at coming up with excuses. I ordered a phone, they sent me a different phone and it was faulty. 6 months since the first transaction and my refund has not been processed yet. The reason is "Covid-19". Some people take advantage of crisis and this company is one of them. THEFT - FRAUD - DECEIPT - LIES - NO DIGNITY - NO MORALS. They're good at responding to emails though! I HAVE NOT GOT MY REFUND YET!!!!

IGNORE ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS THEY ARE FAKE. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY. I ordered my phone and it never arrived. I kept on emailing them week after week being told it was 'just a few more days'. Asked for a refund a month ago, now they're telling me it'll be another 2 months. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS RUBBISH COMPANY FULL OF IDIOTS!!!

Please never ever use this company!!!!! I ordered a phone in May 2020 it arrived quickly and it worked fine however it soon developed a major issue (the screen went completely black) I returned it and was advised it had been fixed. The delivery date was the 24/07/20. Today’s date is the 08/10/20. The phone has never arrived. Quick mobile do not have a phone number so you have to email them initially they just didn’t reply at all they then told me they were disputing it with the carrier DPD. Months have now passed they have not provided an explanation as to what actually happened to my phone (containg all my personal data) they have not sent a replacement and they have refused to give me a refund. They do reply to some emails but never answer your questions and normally say someone will be in touch in 24 hours. They never get in touch without being promted. I don’t normally leave feedback on websites but after my experience I felt compelled to do so to prevent other people having to go what I’ve been trying to deal with.
